This is my 4 cruise I believe all booked by Melissa. She is always available and if she always let's us know if she is put of town if we have a booking. If she doesn't know the answer then she finds the best answer. She finds out what we like and our budget and she gives options for us to choose from. I live in South Carolina and my sister actually met her while on a cruise in Alaska came home and gave me Melissa's card saying how nice she was. I've never met her personally but if my now deceased sister gave her a recommendation then it's good for me and she has always done an.outstanding job.
